Hatcher Properties was founded by Greg Hatcher. Hatcher Properties focuses on investing in commercial real estate buying and selling buildings primarily in the downtown Little Rock area to help promote downtown and make downtown more beautiful. These buildings are then often leased and sometimes sold after going through a refurbishment process.

 

In addition, Hatcher Properties also invests in some upscale residential real estate or some real estate that can be used for sporting events or parks and recreation.
